HP is set to drop another budget-friendly LCD monitor ‘LV2011′ for the mass market. This new 20-inch LED-backlit monitor provides 1600 x 900 native resolution, 3,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 200 cd/m2 brightness and 5ms response time, and features a VGA connector. The LV2011 will start shipping from February for a retail price of $135.
