LG IPS224V and IPS234V monitors launched

LG has introduced two new monitors in the Japanese market — the LG IPS224V-PN (21.5″) and IPS234V-PN (23″). Both of them sport IPS panels and boast of a “Super Energy Saving” feature to reduce power consumption by up to 44%!

pecification include 1920×1080 full HD resolution, 5ms response time, 1,000:1 typical contrast ratio, 250cd/m2 brightness, and 178 degree viewing angles.

I/O options include DVI-D, mini D-Sub and HDMI.

LG IPS224V-PN is priced at $250 while the IPS234V-PN cost $275. Both of them will be available in Japanese market from June.
